Daily Drills

Website Design, UX/UI

Founders Maryralph Lawson + Kennedy Crichlow launched Daily Drills with one clear vision in mind - create high-quality and fashion-forward pieces that inspire playfulness and endless styling possibilities. From day to night, Daily Drills is with you every step of the way. Just two years in, their product drops sell out in minutes and are adored by their quickly growing social community. Here’s to making getting dressed fun !!! Within six months, their business and product line grew expo- nentially and Daily Drills needed a website facelift. I worked closely with them to design a new website that highlighted their editorial side and quickly growing product assortment.

Building off already existing brand elements, the green pallate, logo, and the use of the three !!!, the website is meant to be conservative. Messaging is minimal, and the consumer is drown in primarily with the brand’s beautiful and aspirational photography. The site has vey few design elements or anything that could be considered frills. The only stylized elements that aligns with the Daily Drills brand is the large outlined header text and the ellipsis selectors.

There is minimal information on the PDP beyond product name, price, size and color selectors. Additional product details are located below the CTA, but don’t draw any focus. As soon as a consumer adds a product to cart, the cart will poop up with that item inside affirming it was added.

The client’s main focus was to get it’s users directly to their product offerings. Therefore, for product landing pages, consumers are fed products immediately and view several rows of products above the fold upon page load.
